Why don't cats like water? Well some say domestic cats don't like water because they aren't around water early in life.  If cats don't spend much time in it as kittens, they're more likely to be afraid of it.  This is a common problem because many cat owners dont bathe their cats, since felines groom themselves.
I also did a just dance activity.
And an epic book.

learning - 16/04/2020

Today I did a sketch of a guitar.

Then we did some science research on soaps and detergents
Dad made me look at a text book which was all about surfactants. surfactants as a word which means surface acting agents. Surfactants work between oil and water. Oil and water do not mix. Surfactants have two ends, one end is attracted to water.  These surfactant molecules arrange them selves into spheres called micelles. On the inside of the micelles are the ends of the surfactants that are attracted to oil, and the outside is attracted to water. When you add these to a mix of oil and water it makes the oil move into the centre of the micelle and the micelle floats around in the water this is how surfactants allow oil to dissolve in water.  When oil is dissolved in water this way it is called an emulsion. Milk is a natrual emulsion it contains its own surfactants.

Cooking
I cooked pasta and chicken and it was really fun, first we diced up the chicken and put it in the pan and put a little bit of bacon i with the chick and then put the temp up to medium heat, and then we got the biggest pot we had and filled it up about 3/4 of the pot with water, and then we put all the pasta in the pot and then stirred all the chicken and bacon up, and put the pasta up until the water was boiling and then poured all the water out of the pot and mixed the pasta, pasta sauce, bacon and chicken together and ate it.
